Olaf completed his formal massage training with the Globe University/Minnesota School of Business Massage Therapy Program. Conducting massage for the last 15 years, Olaf brings his sensitivity, intuitive touch, kinesthetic and anatomical knowledge to help relieve your aches and pains.
No longer considered a luxury, massage has been proven as a synergistic aid in healing from Temperomandibular Joint (TMJ) Dysfunction, Fibromyalgia, High-Blood Pressure to reducing swollen tissues through Lymph Drainage.
His goal as your massage therapist is two-fold: 1. To tailor your massage to your needs, and 2. To help educate on ways to help yourself through stretching and self-massage thereby increasing your range of motion and improving your muscles' flexibility and elasticity.
Olaf lives in the Wedge/East Lowry Hill area. He enjoys biking around the lakes, spending time with good friends, trying new restaurants and taking in productions at the incredible Guthrie Theater along the Mississippi riverfront. As his name might imply, Olaf is Norwegian. Don't be surprised if he comments in Norwegian Bokmal during a conversation.
